With her business savvy behind her, Doughp experienced monumental growth in their first few years with revenue growth averaging 295% YoY. Kelsey has appeared twice on ABC’s Shark Tank, was named a Forbes 30 Under 30, an Inc Female Founder 200, and even ranked #274 in the Inc 5000 Fastest Growing Companies in America.

Given her personal recovery journey, she has become a leader in the mental health & recovery advocacy space. Since starting the #Doughp4Hope initiative in 2018, Doughp has committed to reducing stigmas around addiction recovery and mental health inside and outside the company. They are a designated Recovery Friendly Workplace and have donated more than $100,000 to nonprofits working in this space.

Besides eating tons of cookie dough, Kelsey enjoys time with her husband (& co-CEO!) in East Texas with their two cats. She keeps yoga & meditation in her life to catch some zen in the entrepreneur fast lane!
